Signed letter from Leopold Stokowski

Image selected for presentation of publishing project
Signed letter from Leopold Stokowski, to well-known dance instructor Anita Zahn (the letter also has an addressed envelope). It was found tucked into the book “The Damrosch Dynasty: America’s First Family of Music”, by George Martin; 1983 Houghton Mifflin Company. The book itself is a signed presentation copy to Anita
Zahn; the author’s inscription reads: “Inscribed for Anita Zahn, with thanks again (see pp. 465,500) for all her help on Isadora Duncan and apologies
for its length and weight. Best Wishes, George Martin”.
The book was found by me at a church sale, in Medford, Oregon–some
time in the Summer of 2004. There was also another signed presentation copy of
a book to Anita Zahn (John Keats: The Making of a Poet).
